I agree with you on the locked and friends only gallery's ,additionally I see a lot of pages where the photos are open for public viewing but downloading and/or adding them our/your own gallery's is verboten ?

This puzzles me too. I don't get it. Why [post videos if you don't want to share? It absolutely no sense to me.
