This was the gassiest binge of my entire life! It started out with a fiber one bar at work the continued with a massive binge eating session after my workout….
I was lifting and I already had some wicked gas building from the fiber one bar. There I was looking super cute in my black sports bra, black leggings and skort as I did my back and shoulder weight lifting routine. But my little bulging belly was ready to ruin the cuteness, or enhance it, depending how you look at things. Hehe. A guy was right next to me lifting. I couldn’t hold it in anymore and as I pushed my reps out on a military press I let one massively loud and long one roar out! It smelled so nasty and took over the whole area! He noticed but didn’t say anything. About 5 minutes later my stomach was in pain as I let another roar out this one smellier! He ended up wrapping up his workout and heading out! Hehe. I was now starving from my weight lifting but I had sooo much heart burn and gas churning. I ended up going out to a local late night place and ordered 2 hamburgers, 3 chicken strips and I picked up an oreo cup and an ice cold soda. I had the little place to myself as I totally lost control and gorged myself silly. I still wanted more so I went back up in just my sports bra and leggings, bare belly bulging outward and got another oreo cup. I asked the woman behind the counter if I looked noticeable bloated, she lied because she said no. hehe. But then it happened. The dam officially broke! I started burping and farting like crazy! A lot of really loud powerful farts and long disgustingly beautiful burps! Even the lady working behind the counter came out to check up on me to see if I was okay! Hehe! After that I headed back to the gym and was like I better do some cardio… but I was way too bloated so I parked my ass on their wooden bench. In nothing now but my leggings and undershirt, no panties, I couldn’t stop them from coming out. I lifted my butt and gave an extra push and the sound roared through the bench and the whole gym had to have heard it. I let about 4 or 5 more go like that then went to the bathroom and about shit my leggings and let a nice load go into their toilet…. What an night!
