Ass holes claiming material posted is theirs by me

As everyone can see i have been a member now for almost 10 years without any issues or problems until about 1 year ago

Well sorry guys i am restricted what i can post now because some ass hole claims i have posted material (movies) belonging to them (they did not have to prove it was theirs) and keep voting 0% like on my material so i am not allowed to post any more they have closed my upload account for movies.

So with pictures also restrictions

so sorry to my followers but an ass hole has fucked up my ability to post material and now we must all suffer because Xhamster has taken their side not mine or yours.

if you want to message them and also complain about what they have done then please do and i love you all even more

You have to be extremely careful with videos. I learned a long time ago to only show 2 friends I've had no troubles neither has a friend of mine who is a crazy uploader and she has friends only for years

I had the same problem too, I had to make what I had uploaded to "Friends Only", now photos are marked waiting for moderation and as a regular person you can no longer upload videos or photos. It may be time to look for a new venue. This site seems like it might be getting ready to close.

We had the same problem when we moved over here from Porhub, where PH claimed copyright on all our movies.
The process was to go and demand from PH that our movies be taken down (we had already closed our account) and they stop immediately claiming copyright on our material.
We then let XH know and it was all sorted.
So if you are cross posting then that would do it.

Well, an easy way out of that is to take your favourite folks, and only share, or sell your clips to them. Mega works pretty well, but only lets your store up to 50 gigs of clips for free.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having such problems all I know is that they turned around and got rid of my other account I had to start all over from nothing

It's one of the reasons I keep my profile private unless someone is a friend.

Sorry to hear how someone who has nothing to offer other than taking credit for someone else's material can get away with it. Raw deal,you have my sympathy. Had it done to me at work and they got away with intellectual property theft.....?
