You can submit to as many dirrctoeies and article dirrctoeies in one day. The more you do, the faster your link can be displayed. It's not how many articles you submit in a day, it's where you submit them to. The same thing with web dirrctoeies. Why submit your information to a website with a lower page rank or equivalent page rank as your website. You want to increase your page rank as well. Submit to sites with a page rank higher than yours.
